eCommerce refers to selling products online. Our eCommerce feature allows you to sell your products to customers online and is fully integrated with your Wylie Business System. When customers make a purchase, an invoice appears in your Wylie Business System and your inventory is adjusted accordingly. customers can either choose to pick up the item in store or have it shipped to them. Your online store can either be accessed through your unique Wylie ecommerce link, or this feature can be integrated into your customer facing website.
The Wylie Business System enables your customers to book appointments through your existing customer facing Website. Alternatively, you can use your unique online booking/eCommerce customer portal URL provided by Wylie. You can determine which services you would like only existing customers or guests to book.
Yes. We can work with you or your website developer to integrate our online booking portal to your existing customer facing website. This allows for appointments that customers make online to be automatically added to your appointment scheduler in the Wylie Business System. When customers make payments online the invoice will also automatically show in Wylie.
The Wylie Business System is cloud based software. Which means it is accessed similarly to any other website. You can access Wylie from any computer, tablet or phone as long as you have internet browsing capabilities. Cloud based software does not limit installation to only one computer or require down time for updates. You can access Wylie anywhere, anytime, from an unlimited number of devices.
Wylie's bookkeeping section allows you to track employee's commissions in several ways, depending on the parameters you set. First, you should determine whether you would like to calculate commissions based on payments received, net sales, or sales margins. Then, choose whether to credit the employee that made the sale or the employee sponsoring the customer. Next, select whether to calculate commissions using the product commission rates, employee's commission rate, or product then, employee commission rate. Lastly, filter based on the date range and employees commissions you would like to view and Wylie will display the commissions owed to those employees, based on the parameters you have set.
Yes. Wylie allows you to easily sell and manage packages and memberships. You can keep track of what payments have been received and what products or services have been provided as part of the package. While also displaying what payments are still to be made by the customer and what products and services are yet to be provided. With Wylie's auto-billing feature you can set customers up on a payment schedule. Payments are taken automatically without any additional administrative work. A payment schedule can be set up to take payment on an ongoing basis for a monthly membership fee, in paying off a balance on a package, as well as many other scenarios.
Yes. Employee's can easily clock in and out using Wylie. These hours are kept track of in the bookkeeping section. You can also schedule staff using the staff scheduler.

Shipping is calculated based on the address indicated by the customer indicates or the address on their account as well as, the shipping providers you select. The shipping order will appear in Wylie, where you can fulfil and process the order once it is shipped. The customer will then be notified and sent the tracking number for their package.
Yes. You can receive orders in Wylie and indicate whether you would like to drop ship all or some of the items.
